To register as a developer enter your information below. All fields except company are required. When you have filled out the form and agreed to the terms and conditions you will recieve a confirmation email. You will need to confirm your account by following the instructions in the email.

Please note that all software submissions are manually approved by our staff and as such you cannot expect your software to become listed right away. Please also note that we do not accept submissions of software that you have not developed. Listings made by resellers or other 3rd parties will be deleted with no prior notice and the associated accounts banned.

	Terms of Use The term of this agreement shall begin on the date you register to use our services, and will continue as long as Free Downloads is providing services for you. Service Description Free Downloads offer free file hosting services providing the user abides by the Terms of Service listed below. Submission of Misleading Information The submission of misleading information of any sort in a notification or counter-notification submitted to Free Downloads voids any claim of right made by the submitting party. Service Availability We will put reasonable effort into ensuring that your files at Free Downloads are available twenty-four (24) hours a day. This is not by any means a guarantee Content You deem yourself fully responsible for updating, managing, editing and generally owning any content in which you upload to Free Downloads servers and take full responsibility for any files uploaded. Termination Of Account Free Downloads have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion. We will not backup any of your files before termination, in the termination process all of your files are physically deleted. We also have the right to suspend your service at any time, for any reason, without warning. Your Obligations You agree that all content that you upload you either have full responsibility to upload or own it yourself and that no content, materials, data, work, trade or service mark, trade name, link, advertising or services that actually or potentially violate any applicable law or regulation or infringe or misappropriate any proprietary, intellectual property or contract shall be uploaded and hosted on Free Downloads servers. Free Downloads has the right to remove files displayed on sites with any display of, affiliation with or links to illegal content. At all times you have full responsibility for all files and information hosted on Free Downloads. You are completely responsible for the security of your account details and agree that you are fully responsible for any acts applied to your account. You will be solely responsible for all claims and losses associated with or resulting from the materials you submit to our sites, including without limitation any warranty, return, or support obligation. If users report that your product’s description contains misleading information, and you fail to respond satisfactorily to us after we notify you, or if we receive an excessive number of complaints, we may remove your product from our library. Multiple Accounts Each person is entitled to open one Free Downloads account, anybody found to have more than one Free Downloads account will risk having any or all of their accounts terminated without notice. Free Downloads Newsletter By joining Free Downloads you consent to receive our email newsletter which contains important site news and information about new features and changes. You can opt-out from receiving the newsletter by following the removal link contained within them. We will not use your email address for any other purpose and you will not receive any spam emails from us. Free Downloads's Liability Free Downloads WILL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF GOODWILL OR PROFIT, FOR ANY MATTER, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED ON THE BASIS OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FREE DOWNLOADS HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Your use of our Internet sites or any of the products or services offered on those sites (collectively, the "Services") is subject to these Terms of Use (these "Terms"). Your use of our sites constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications that we make. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content on our sites. Submitting a new product or product modification to our software library does not guarantee we will include it. Any pornographic products are prohibited on Free Downloads servers. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all parts or any part of the Service at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all aspects or any aspect of the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability We may give you statistics and other information that we generally give to other providers enrolled in programs similar to the ones in which you are enrolled. You will treat this information as confidential, and not disclose any information contained in them to any third party without our consent. You agree that the statistics provided in these reports are not guaranteed to be accurate. These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce these Terms in the courts of England and Northern Ireland. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Free Downloads with respect to the Service, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect. Software bundling Any additional programs or third-party items included with the downloadable file must be clearly disclosed in the product description using the third part text box and during the installation process. Users must be given a way to opt out of all additional items during installation, or they must be given an opportunity to cancel the installation completely. Copyrighted Directive Free Downloads is an Online Service Provider under European Union's Directive 2001/29/EC, better known as the EU Copyright Directive (EUCD). Free Downloads respects the legitimate rights of copyrights and trademark owners, and has adopted an efficient notice and remove procedure to comply with the EUCD and described herein. This policy is intended to guide copyright and trademark owners in utilizing that procedure, and to guide webmasters in restoring access to websites that are disabled due to mistake. Notice to Owners of Copyrighted Works You can request any Online Service Provider to disable access to a website where your copyrighted work(s) appear without your permission. Please provide the following information if you believe copyrighted work(s) appear without the owners permission: Identify yourself as either: The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or A person "authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed." Provide your contact information, including your true name, address, telephone number, and email address. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, or if a large number of works are appearing, a representative list of the works. Provide details of the material that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, to which you would like Free Downloads to disable access to. Provide the location of the material being infringed "information reasonably sufficient to permit Free Downloads to locate the material." State that you have "a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law." State that the information in the notice is accurate. Sign the notice with either a physical or electronic signature. Sending The Proper EUCD Notice to the Designated Agent To exercise your EUCD rights, you must send Proper Notice to the following agent designated by Free Downloads (the "Designated Agent".) Notice and Remove Procedure Users of any part of the Free Downloads system should comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if Free Downloads is notified of claimed copyright infringement, or otherwise becomes aware of facts and circumstances from which infringement is apparent, it will respond by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Free Downloads will comply with the appropriate provisions of the EUCD in the event a counter notification is received by its Designated Agent. Notice to Users of Free Downloads Systems Pursuant to the Terms of Service Agreement you agreed to when you were permitted to become a System User, you are required to use only lawfully-acquired creative works as website content, and your works may be disabled upon receipt of notice that infringing material is appearing there. Free Downloads also respects the legitimate interests of web masters in utilizing media content lawfully, being permitted to present a response to claims of infringement, and obtaining timely restoration of access to a website that has been disabled due to a copyright complaint. Your System Use privileges will also be suspended. You may protest a EUCD notice by submitting a Counter-notification as described below. Writing and Submitting a Counter-notification If access to your files are disabled due to operation of the Free Downloads notice and remove procedure described above, and you believe the removal was improper, you must submit a Counter-notification. Writing a Counter-notification To Write a Proper Counter-notification, please provide the following information: State that access to your files was disabled due to operation of the notice and remove procedure. Identify the material that has been removed and show its URL prior to removal. State, under penalty of perjury: Your name, address, and telephone number, That you "have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as result of mistake or misidentification of the material," That you "consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located."
